How much does a watch repair cost?

Can you replace my watch battery?
Yes. Battery replacement is one of our most common jobs. We fit quality batteries and reseal the case back properly. If your watch is water resistant, we can also test the seals so it stays that way.
My watch glass is cracked — can it be replaced?
In almost all cases, yes. We replace acrylic, mineral, and sapphire glasses, sourced to fit your model. A cracked glass should be replaced promptly as it lets dust and moisture reach the dial and movement.
My watch stops and starts — what's wrong with it?
Intermittent running can be caused by anything from a failing battery or worn contacts in a quartz watch to dried oils or dirt in a mechanical movement. We'll diagnose the actual cause and quote for the fix, not guesswork.
Do you repair cheap watches, or only expensive ones?
We repair both. If the honest answer is that a repair costs more than the watch is worth, we'll tell you before you spend anything. Plenty of inexpensive watches carry sentimental value that makes them well worth repairing.
Is the repair work guaranteed?
Yes. All repair work is backed by our 24-month guarantee. If a problem related to the work we carried out comes back within that period, we'll put it right at no extra cost.
Can you fix a watch that got wet?
Often, yes — but speed matters. Moisture inside a watch corrodes the movement quickly, so message us as soon as possible. We'll strip, dry, and treat the movement, replace damaged parts, and reseal the case.
